    Document Handling & Submission

    Important guidelines for submitting and managing your documents

    Email Documents

    • Scan documents into PDF format

    • Please do NOT send JPEGs by email, send pdfs.  A UPS or FedEx store may help.

    • Use your assigned Google Documents link
    • Time and date stamp all correspondence

    Original Documents

    KEEP YOUR ORIGINALS!
    • • Send only copies to us. You can email or have scanned at a UPS store.
    • • We are not responsible for originals
    • • We will not return hard copies
    • • Save envelopes and letters (important for your case)

    Dropping Off Documents

    • • Available for pickup with 48-hour advance notice
    • • No mail or courier service available
    • • Clients responsible for original documents

    Fax Documents

    • • Use 888-789-1715
    • • 10 page limit per fax
    • • For more than 10 pages, mail or scan from UPS

    Client Portal

    Secure access to view, upload, and download documents and pleadings related to your case.

    New clients: You'll receive an invite to log into your secure file and select a username and password.

    Please send your documents through the secure portal for best security.

    Appointments & Court Calendar

    Schedule appointments: The best way is to “book” an appointment through our system.

    Early evening appointments available
    Saturday morning appointments available

    Both available upon request. Link to our calendar here.

    Court Calendar: Advises clients of upcoming court dates. Check your portal regularly for updates.

    Online Payments

    Clients can pay bills online using bank-encrypted software for secure transactions. LawPay is PCI DSS certified. LawPay’s online portal is certified as a Level 1 Service Provider, the highest security level available.

    Secure & Convenient: Pay your bills anytime through our encrypted payment system.

    New Client File Setup

    Average File Timeline

    • Standard setup: About 1 week
    • With 3rd party authorizations: 7-10 business days. Every case is different. Please make sure that you timely complete your client registration packet.
